1. Booking & Reservation
A booking request is subject to availability and confirmation by the management. Submission of an online booking form does not by itself guarantee a confirmed stay unless the property confirms the reservation.
2. Guest Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, arrival details and other information requested during booking or check-in. Incorrect or misleading information may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and management approval.
4. Payments & Charges
Guests must pay the applicable tariff and any selected meal-plan or additional charges. Any outstanding amount remains payable according to the property's payment terms.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests must respect other residents, staff, property and applicable laws. Damage, misuse of facilities, harassment, disruptive behaviour or unlawful activity may result in action by management, including cancellation of the stay where appropriate.
6. Food Plans
Meal plans may be available at the following published rates per person: CP ₹200.00, MAP ₹350.00 and AP ₹500.00. Final inclusions are shown during booking.
7. Changes to These Terms
The management may update these terms when necessary. The version published on this website at the time of use will apply, subject to applicable law.
